Found is a matchmaking service: we screen, we introduce one person at a time, and we arrange calls and dates. We sell the process. We do not and cannot promise chemistry, a relationship, or a marriage, and we never claim an algorithm understands character. Anyone who promises you love is selling something else.
The application and conversation are free. You pay $25 USD per introduction, at the moment your call is booked. During our beta, anyone who completes the conversation by 26 September 2026 gets their first introduction free; the ten invited beta testers pay nothing for the life of their membership. If a booked call never happens because the other person did not show, we make it right: a replacement introduction or a refund of that fee, your choice. No subscriptions, nothing recurring to cancel.
Treat the people we introduce you to the way this service treats you: honestly and kindly. Do not harass, record, or share other members' details. Meet first dates in the public venues we arrange.
We remove people who misrepresent who they are or what they want, and we do not argue about it. Anyone we introduce you to can tell us privately if something was wrong, and we act on it without naming them to you. So that a removed person cannot simply return under a new name, we keep a one-way hash of their verified identity after they leave; it identifies nobody and is used only to hold a returning application for review.
We verify identity and screen for seriousness, but you are meeting another adult human being: use your judgment, and tell us immediately at hello@meetonfound.com if anyone behaves badly. We act on reports.
To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the fees you have paid us. We are a service that makes introductions; what two adults build after that is theirs.
